Official Rules

Sponsors: The Share Your Special Day Contest ("Contest") is sponsored by David's Bridal Inc., owner and operator of the web site Davidsbridal.com, Wedding Solutions, owner and operator of the web site Wedreview.com, Liberty Travel, owner and operator of the web site Libertytravelhoneymoons.com, and Sol Melia Hotels & Resorts ("Sponsors").

Eligibility: The Contest is open to David's Bridal customers who are residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older on January 31, 2008. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and independent contractors of the Sponsors (and their immediate family members and members of the same households, whether related or not), providers of prize-related travel and hotel accomodations and publicity, and professional wedding planners are not eligible to participate.

Summary: Each contestant will submit her Share Your Special Day story about how David's Bridal helped plan her dream wedding. Entries will be reviewed by a panel of judges selected by David's Bridal to find the entry that the judges believe best embodies the David's Bridal brand and image. The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law or regulation. Contestants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the judging panel. On May 31, 2008, David's Bridal will award the Grand Prize to the winning contestant.

Entries: Entries will be accepted online from January 28, 2008 through April 30, 2008. To enter, you must fill out an online entry form and submit your David's Bridal experience on Wedreviews.com. Entries must be based on your own personal experiences. You will be allowed to submit up to five photos along with your wedding story. There is a limit of one entry per participant. All qualifying entries will be considered for the Grand Prize. No purchase is necessary. Entries must include a valid e-mail address for the contestant. Sponsors may review entries before posting on the Wedreviews.com web site, and entries will be posted or allowed to remain posted at the sole discretion of the Sponsors. WebReviews.com will forward all stories and photos to David's Bridal for possible posting on the Davidsbridal.com web site. By entering the Contest, contestants agree that Sponsors may use the entries and the stories and information they contain for promotional purposes and that they may be reprinted or reposted, in whole or in part, and shared with other entities associated with the promotion of the Contest. The Sponsors may edit each entry, whether or not selected as a winner, and may republish it on their web sites and in any other form.

Grand Prize:

The "Share Your Special Day" Grand Prize will consist of:

1. Showcasing the winner's photos and story as the "Story of the Year" on Davidsbridal.com web site.

2. Showcasing the winner as a "Featured Bride" in the Real Brides section on Davidsbridal.com web site.

3. Second Honeymoon Travel Package courtesy of Liberty Travel (valued at $3,500), including:

a. Three night stay for two at the Paradisus Playa Conchal, an all-inclusive resort (food & drinks) in Costa Rica (provided by Liberty Travel and Sol Melia Hotels & Resorts).

b. Air Fare for two from the major airline gateway closest to the home address submitted with the Grand Prize winning entry.

Travel dates are subject to availability, and are subject to the approval of Liberty Travel and Sol Melia Hotels & Resorts. Some restrictions on travel dates, including black-outs, may apply.

The Grand Prize Winner will be announced on Wedreviews.com and Davidsbridal.com, and the winner will be notified by e-mail, and/or telephone at the e-mail address and/or telephone number provided in the entry. The "Share Your Special Day" Grand Prize must be claimed by e-mail within fourteen days of notification and must be used by December 31, 2008. If the Grand Prize is not claimed within fourteen days of notification or if the selected winner is found to not meet all of these contest rules, Sponsors will select a different entry to receive the Grand Prize. If another winner is selected, any previously selected winners will have no rights to the Grand Prize, or any other contest benefits. This process may be repeated until the Grand Prize has been awarded to a fully-qualifying entry. The Grand Prize is not refundable and is not redeemable for cash. The Grand Prize is not transferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsors, who reserve the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Grand Prize is unavailable. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. All taxes and other expenses related to the Grand Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner. By entering the contest, the Grand Prize Winner consents to have her name, photos and winning story displayed by Sponsors on any media, including Sponsors' web sites and by participating affiliates such as hoteliers, public relations companies and tour operators, and used for promotional purposes. The Grand Prize Winner agrees to execute any further documents that Sponsors may require to further reflect this consent and release and the limitation of liability set forth below.

Limitation of Liability:

If for any reason the Contest cannot be run as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Contest, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsors assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsors are not responsible for problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers computer equipment, software, failure of any email to be received by the Sponsors on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest.

By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and hold the Sponsors harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize(s) including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages and any claims by third parties or otherwise based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants acknowledge that Sponsors are not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize.

Jurisdiction:

Contestants agree that any dispute that may arise hereunder shall be determiined under Pennsylvania law and brought solely in state or federal court sitting in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and contestants consent to personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue in such courts.
